Got a couple of despatch emails the other day, one for the phone, one for the upgrade pack to return my S10
Then a DPD delivery notification and text this morning to say my S20 would be delivered this afternoon
All seemed quicker than I expected
Got home, upgrade pack arrived
DPD delivery tracking says phone recalled and being returned to Samsung!
My Samsung account order says shipped as well
Someone pull the trigger too early on the delivery, or something else?

Received today! Its nice, but I did not realise the screen would be narrower than the S10. I would have picked the S20+ if I knew.

I now understand why my order was cancelled. Apparently I should not have been able to order with a trade in and be part of the Samsung Upgrade programme. All week no one could explain what happened. I was even told last night my phone would arrive today. So I've had to reorder. No one was willing to say this till today. So I wont get my free ear buds nor my Upgrade programme . It feels lke I have been well and truly conned. What I would describe as total incompetence.

I complained on Live Chat and got a 50 quid voucher for the store.
