Could you also send through an error report for us? Once the phone has restarted follow these steps.
Samsung Members > Get Help > Send Feedback > Error Reports > [select error type] > attach a description and tick ‘send system log data’ > Send.

I'm having the same problem on my S20 and I did send them the error logs, this is what I've heard last
"We do apologize for any
inconvenience caused, we
recommend you to replicate the
issue and re-send us your valued
query and attach screenshot/video
and device log file within 3-5
minutes to be able to analyze the
issue and provide a proper solution.
Assuring you of our continued
endeavors to provide you with best
services at all times"
I'll report back once I hear from them again.

Hi, I'm experiencing the same issues with the S20+.
Mine has restarted at least ten times since I got the phone. I factory reset it and made sure I had everything updated but nothing has solved it yet. Sucks to spend so much money on a phone just to have it not working properly 😕
