I have just taken possession of the s20 plus and so far I'm very pleased with it.
Now I listen to a lot of music on my phone......the sound and headphones are diabolical ........ is this right or am I doing something wrong??? The sound is tinny with no weight behind it at all.

You should be able to get headphones under the warranty if they came to you faulty. Make a claim with the retailer you bought it from.

I find the Galaxy S10 wired earplugs very bad on the bass, they sound so tinny.
I went out and bought a pair of Bluetooth headphones 🎧 for £25 which sound so much better.I think its just Samsung don't put great earphone's in the package for some reason.
Thats just my opinion.👍🏻

I have some beats headphones I'm going to try out once the adapter turns up. I hope that does the trick and its just cheap nasty headphones that Samsung supply.

silly question, probably, but have you customised your sound settings? Default settings are usually rubbish so I end up customising mine using the graphic equaliser in advanced settings.

I have played around with the settings, still a very sub standard sound. The AKG ones supplied are available on amazon for about £6.........probably explains why they sound so bad

Update on headphones then, ditch those things that Samsung supply. My Beats work perfectly!!
