S20+ phone - 2 years old - Sudden white and green screen

Hi,

I was using my phone normally and then the screen suddenly turned white with tint of green. Unable to use my phone.  I don't know what happened or how to fix this.

Sounds like a motherboard malfunction. Contact Samsung customer service for a repair quote at a Samsung experience store.
