S20 NFC greyed out, displyed as light blue but not working

My NFC  is not working!!!!

I have tried

1. Cleared nfc cache and memory

2. Reset all settings

3. Opened in safe mod and had same issue,  but sometimes allows me to close it,  but doesn't resolve the issue. 

4. I used Samsung members app for diagnose,  and it came up with nfc works as standard, nothing faulty.

So i assume there might be a bug somewhere. Or 2 apps which calls for nfc...i just don't know. 

How can i solve it? Nfc is used everywhere and i am out of the game.... samsung please help...

I would request you to register your concern in Samsung Members Application. So, the concern team gets back to you as soon as possible.

Please follow this path to register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > support > Send Feedback > Error report/Ask questions).

Note. please attach the error log file within 15 minutes of the error occurring.

Hi,

Have you tried to remove Google/Samsung Pay and see if this helps restore the NFC functionality? You can then reinstall the payment app/s.

I have Uninstalled Google wallet,  but i assume that i have additional apps which use nfc, such as public transportation app, parking app and etc.  How do i know which app is using this functionality?

I have the same problem, had it about a month now all seemed to happen for me when i did August's software update, just had Septembers update which i hoped may fix it but hasn't.  I've done all that you have tried above, no joy, so be interested in any solution posted on here
