S20 LED Cover U/S

LED cover stopped working working in March this year (2022) with the UK update then. The frequent successive updates still has not resolved the problem. What does it take to get customer services to encourage poor management to resolve poor programming?

This could be dependant on where the item was purchased from - So, was it directly from Samsung or a third-party?

It is a software issue because one update had it half working before following one closed it down again
