Opening Internet browser causes reset of phone, app itself crashes often with other glitches like text box disappearing

 now the email client will not load either

Check apps for updates
Also if just updated phone
Try clearing the cache

Galaxy store loading to black screen then freezing. Samsung Internet crashing and causing phone to reboot.

@Stuwilk99: To further troubleshoot the issue, please try pressing the Volume Down and Side Keys together for around 10 seconds until the phone restarts, as this will refresh the device and address any temporary software issues. Now, head to Settings > Battery and Device Care > Optimise Now > Memory > Clean Now.
