S20 June Notes Uodate

Samsung, 

What has happened to all my Notes after update and new Notes App installed?  All my important notes have been wiped clean! I need those notes as it contains info regarding hospital visit info, dispute info with neighbour among other things!

Help!

Did you perform a back up before going ahead with the update  ?

Also launch notes and press the hamburger icon as their is a Recycle bin in there. They might have somehow moved into there  !

@Tinkerslondon  Hopefully you can retrieve the Notes.   I think it is important to do backups  before installing updates. You can also export notes to various file types.  See more information here https://www.tenorshare.com/samsung/how-to-backup-samsung-notes.html
