S20: Galaxy Buds+ Promotion Offer

Wondering if we can expect the same chaos as last year with the free buds offer with the S20 or if Samsung have there act together this time. 

Just pre ordered the S20 Ultra in grey.

To add to this - does anyone know if we would be eligible for the new Buds if we are part of the upgrade program? 

I am planning on upgrading my Galaxy S10 (which i received galaxy buds as part of the pre order) to a Galaxy S20+, will this qualify me for the new buds?

My understanding is that the buds promo is relevant to the handset and not new customers only! 

However is only available with the 20plus & 20ultra.

Just noting some of the other comments from last year about problems with the promo? I had no issues at all, I received my product submitted claim with relevant documentation, received verification via email and ta daaa buds arrived in post.

Where do I claim the free earbuds ??? It says go to members app which I did on my fone but I cant see anything to claim them.

You cant claim until you have received new handset from where you will then access members area.

I went through the process of upgrading to an S20+ and at no stage did it mention free buds+. Cancelled out of order.
