S20 g5 pictures missing

Hi noticed an issue where my pictures keep vanishing had to do smart switch about 4/5 times as pictures were no longer there after around an hour nor were they in google back up either or bin took some pictures today and noticed theyd vanished within 5 minutes along with others from earlier in the week and tried contacting samsung without much luck!! Sorely dissapointing experience when ive made the decision to switch back to using samsung due to good camera quality considering boycotting samsung altogether now!!!

Are you saving the pictures to your phone's gallery or sd card and backing them upto Samsung Cloud or One Drive ?

One other option I use is to auto send any photo I take to my Dropbox Vault as a back up.
