Galaxy S20 Series

So i ordered my s20 fe in late January and now im having battery problems and i found iut about manufacturers warranty I was ecstatic to find out I might not have to pay for the new battery however i was shocked to see a message stating that  i dont have a valid model anyone knows what thats all about and why its not a calid mode?

All Samsung phones purchased from Samsung direct or reputable retailers carry a 24 months warranty. Accessories are different.

Where did this message come from? Where did you purchase your phone from?

Message came from samsung website  device came from Walmart. com

I'm in the UK but I'm pretty sure that's a error. I would contact Samsung customer services direct or by the Web chat feature if you guys have that.

Have you tried clearing partition cache? Always help me when having issues in handsets
