S20 FE One UI 4.0 touch bug when using screen overlay

After updating S20 FE to android 12 with One UI 4.0 I have problem with touch response after minimizing messenger to bubble. Screen not responding to touches for 1-2s after minimizing or move messenger bubble it also happen in YouTube PiP.

This is common problem form multiple device after updating to One UI 4.0.
