Hi my new S20 arrived yesterday however there were no earbuds or travel chargers in the kit. How do I go about getting these? I use my phone and earphones for my work so they are necessary.
It just came with the basic brick. Usually we would get the brick, the earpods, and a travel charger. I note the folks in the US can call up Samsung and get a free pair of buds sent out to them.
if you purchased the S20 this would've come with a charger and headphones. if you purchased an S20 FE then this would not have been proved with a pair of headphones but with a charger and cable.
