I have been on the phone to Samsung and so far have been sent to 4 different departments all blaming the other, also as soon as you call the premonition department it goes straight to voice mail
how did you even get through the process haha asking me to type in the shop, starts typing and no shops come up, telling me my imei number is wrong, my device doesn't exist and the purchase date doesn't match.
