S20 crash call when making call to user using bluetooth

Hello 

I have a S20. When I call to someone that is using a bluetooth , for example if I call to someone that is in the car using bluetooth system, after a few seconds the person i am calling to can not listen to me anymore. I can solve this by changing to speaker mode, and then I can resume the call and the other person can listen to me clearly, if I turn of speaker I fade away again.

Any solution?

It's more likely the moving car going in and out of areas where there is little or no signal. It's certainly not an issue with your device.

so turning off the speaker affects reception?

If it only occurs when the OP calls an individual using Bluetooth but is OK otherwise, it suggests it is not a problem with their phone. That's my logic, anyway. It may be wrong but if it is, it doesn't make sense otherwise.
