s20+ Caller ID and Spam Protection MISSING !!!

I have the issue stated in the title.

Model - SM-G986B/DS UNLOCKED 

Android version 10

Samsung One UI 2.5

Build number G986BXXU4BTH5

Security patch 01.08.2020

I want to know where is the "smart call" feature? and with that the "caller id and spam protection" ???

Does anyone have a clue?

Verizon removes it from Samsung phones, steering you to their own app.

Same here with my US S20 Ultra ATT.

Not just phone app, but other apps that got some change with 2.5, Camera included.

Verizon users solution:

Go to Verizon apps.

Select Call Filter. 

Click grey "filter off" box.   

Click Block Filters. 

Click Spam Filter. 

Toggle Auto-block spam calls by risk level.  It will automatically select All Risk Levels.
