I want to know where is the "smart call" feature? and with that the "caller id and spam protection" ???

Go to Verizon apps.
Select Call Filter.
Click grey "filter off" box.
Click Block Filters.
Click Spam Filter.
Toggle Auto-block spam calls by risk level. It will automatically select All Risk Levels.
