S20 5G Exynos - Terrible battery!

Hi there.

I'm getting about 5 hours max screen on time right now with fhd 120hz. 

Anyone got any tips?

I've tried a factory reset and restored without using smart switch, but it's just the same. Love the phone but this is terrible

I'm seeing between 7.5 and 9.5 hours Screen on time on same model.

I'm actually really impressed but I do think the battry is less consistent than my s10+ was, maybe thats because its still doing some learning.

What apps are using up most of your battery in the battery stats? 5 hours seems a bit low.

Nothing too intensive, chrome, WhatsApp, Twitter, mainly. Bit of YouTube. I don't play games.

Yeah yours sounds really good. Fingers crossed it gets better over the next week or so.

I've read there's battery issues with Android 10 in general. Possibly a factor.

Can you let me know how to send that back, I tried calling Samsung care, but they scheduled the call which didn't come till now, what other we have?

I bought it from Samsung Store, If i had choose Amazon it could be resolved till now... smhhhh

Have you spoken to them? That's definitely not working as it should. They should give you a replacement!!!!

Agreed. The battery with Exynos version is terrible. Every new feature on this phone just kills the battery.

There are YouTube videos that make clear why the Korean Market has given up on Samsung Exynos this year. Yes,  they are flogging an inferior product to us!!
