S20+ 5G CONSTANTLY RESTARTING!!!!!

I guess if you're reading this then your phone is doing the same. Randomly freezing for about 30 seconds then restarting. 

I purchased this phone in December 2020, the Samsung S20+ 5G sim free for £749. Yes Samsung listen- £749!!!

Overall I think the phone is brilliant. It's quick, slick, packed with features,  speed  and an amazing camera. 

However, all its amazing features are completely useless when the phone becomes almost unusable when it repeatedly keeps restarting! My phone is doing this around 3 or 4 times an hour! It's utterly frustrating and completely random. 

It does it while loading or playing games, while trying to browse the Internet ,while trying to make a call, while simply opening up different apps on the phone, even while doing absolutely nothing! It even did it yesterday when I  first turning it on in the morning. Yes it restarted while starting. It's poor, it's broken, the phone doesn't work properly and Samsung need exposing for their inability to recognise the problem and sort it out. 

I have now read numerous posts of Samsung customers (Yes, customers Samsung. Take note of the word customers!) going back well over a year experiencing the same problem and guess what, nothings changed. 

The Internet is awash with explanations and you tube videos of how to try to resolve it, of which I have tried everything but nothing works! AND THAT'S BECAUSE IT'S BUST!!

Before you reply to me Samsung, don't tell me to turn off auto restart because its off, don't tell me to update software because its updated, don't tell me to start in safe mode because it still restarts in safe mode, don't tell me to send it for a repair because another CUSTOMER already did that, twice, and guess what it still restarts. Just get your act together and give an update that truly works!!

I am now going to expose this issue in every way I can. You're brushing it under the carpet and ignoring your customers. The phone is not fit for purpose and as consumers we have rights when faulty goods are knowingly sold. 

What happens when someone needs to make an urgent call and the phone randomly restarts? What happens when they're injured or worse because of your ineptitude?

GET THIS SORTED SAMSUNG ITS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGUSTING THAT YOU BURY YOUR HEADS AND CONTINUALLY GET AWAY WITH THIS. WELL NO MORE!!

It's me again. Just to optimise my the whole issue, at the point where I pressed the "POST" button to send the above message, guess what.......it froze and restarted!! hahaha and after it restarted I went to open Samsung Members and guess what.......it restarted again. Yes twice in a minute!!

is this since one ui 3.1? I have an s20 5g & s21 u and at the moment both seem OK just c r a p battery but that's the norm

Hi. Yes I'm on UI 3.1. Battery is great and can go all day on one charge. It's the restarting that's a very big problem. it's restarted 6 times this morning already. Many of those when it was just sat on the table doing nothing. It did 3 in the first hour.

mine is the same. Three restarts so far today and it's only 8.30am!! Come on Samsung. This is completely unacceptable.

Now it's completely impossible to browse the Internet as it constantly freezes and restarts no matter what I try to look at. I NOW REALISE WHY I STOPPED BUYING SAMSUNG GARBAGE YEARS AGO WHEN EVERYTHING I OWNED BY THEIR BRAND BROKE. IT REALLY IS A CHEAP TACK BRAND!!!!!

why have I had to send a condition report to Samsung at least 5 times today? Because this pile of Samsung garbage keeps resetting!!! Pathetic pile of trash! Everyone at Samsung are inept, feeble r****ds and I'm coming for you!!

3 restarts this morning!!!! Not bad to say the phone has been turned on for 90 minutes!! Well done Samsung. Useless *****!!
