I have requested a door step repair for my S20 FE as my area is covered. It was set up by a during an online chat. I have the Service Reference number, but I haven't had any confirmation emails or text about the repair and I'm coming up on 2 weeks. I get Local restrictions may be adding to a slow down but to hear nothing is concerning.
Does anyone know if there are issues with parts and repairs at the minute

The Lockdown will I'm sure have an impact on many such services But Samsung should keep you in the loop.
