Renaming pictures in S20 gallery

Does anyone know how to rename pictures in the Gallery? The 'edit' does not work and having to use My Files to locate pictures and rename them. A faff. Did Samsung remove the edit feature by mistake??

I'm not sure because my A20e running One UI 2 can do that check the One Ui because they changed some features

open Gallery pick the picture you want to retitle swipe the picture up to see the details and you should see a Edit option.

Hi, that helps but that is the problem. The Edit option does not work on my S20 5G 😉

Don't know what to suggest it works for me but it might be because I am still on android 10/Oue UI 3.0 Note 10 Plus.

The A20e has One UI 2 and so far it's good but I'm not sure about One UI 3
