Redeem war buds - three

Hi all

I've just upgraded this month to the Samsung s20. 

I upgraded via three over the phone and have been told I can claim free wireless earbuds + however when I try to redeem via the app it suggests a watch.

Can anyone help!

Please go back to three and double check their terms and conditions and small print of the offer @Members_3OBtelz and if necessary speak with their customer services.

@Aleksandras: If you purchased your Galaxy S20 on the 13th Sept then you are inside the promotional period to claim the Galaxy Watch Active. Hurry though, as claims must be made within 30 days of the purchase date.
