Recent apps not showing correct app icons

Hi i have an issue where my recent apps aren't showing the app icon. Can anyone help me sort this out? Thanks

Report the missing icons to whoever created that theme and use the stock icon theme for now

No, Samsung aren't using any Line art icons for status bar or settings for a start.

That isnt the icon pack. That's a UI theme pack which does not change the application icons. Thanks for help
