This is so shameful for Samsung company and their services.
I am sorry to inform you that I will posting a post tonight on Instagram and Facebook as well as Twitter how Samsung treat their customer and how they never refund and take money from people and never refund.
This will be a good opportunity for others to know the truth behind rubbish customer service and propaganda against innocent people who have been having faith on Samsung not aware of the reality.
You will need to talk to Samsung direct as this is a forum for Samsung users (not staffed by Samsung support).. Also trade in is actually by a 3rd party company so expect Samsung to try pass the blame as the trade in isn't processed by Samsung themselves.
