Random phone resetting

I have a Samsung galaxy s20 ultra unlocked On android 12, and I've noticed my phone sometimes resets and the Samsung logo appears and then I have to punch in the code to unlock it

Has anyone else experienced this 

This started with the new update android 12

If you go into battery and device care in settings
Tap on the 3 dots on the top right
Go Into to automation
Is the auto restart at set times on, if so you can turn that off

I deleted the ebay app since then phones been ok 👍
