Question about camera battery use

I have s20 plus (until my new s22 ultra comes. Still waiting got to wait another 4 weeks yet..)

But suddenly since last OS update.. My s20 is odd... 

Battery life is OK, not best but OK after 2 years heavy use. I can get through the day with one charge about dinner time. And then in the morning. (2 charges a day) 

But.. Today I had 100% battery.. I took 46 photos over 5 minutes and suddenly its 26% battery.

Day to day use is fine.. But as soon I open camera app... Battery drains so much that in 5 minutes its used over 70% battery up. (this ONLY occurs when taking photos! (built in Samsung camera app)

The camera will use more battery however it shouldn't be using that much even if the battery is not new.

Try clearing the cache in tbe camera app via Settings, Apps,  Camera,  Storage, Clear Cache.

Yeah i slightly have the same problem too. I took 4 photos and 1 video yesterday and some battery drained from the app. I thought Samsung's got a good battery.
