Problems with sound with my hearingaids

when I'm called, the conversations goes via my, AudioNova hearing *****. Problem is the sound cracks so people are hardly to hear. Have tried other hearing ***** in the store  but the same problem. I tried it with my wife's phone, an Samsung A32, and this works fine, no problems. What can be wrong?

It's maybe a Bluetooth issue
You could try pairing them again

Or

When a hearing aid produces this crackling sound, it usually means it needs service. It could be as simple as a low battery or build up of moisture or dirt

As a heads up, make sure you turn on hearing aid support in accessibility options too. Head to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing enhancements > Hearing aid support.
