Problem with Barclays app on Secure Folder

Hi,

Today I upgrade my phone to Samsung s20.

After download Barclays app from play store in safe folder when I run app is show screen to create passcode - And I do it.

After is another screen to re-enter  this number and after that is error T0020 Internal Error.

On Barclays app outside safe folder is working normaly.

Any sugestion what I can do to fix it ?

@AiwassPL: Knox is probably restricting access to the Barclays servers. What I'd suggest in this instance is removing the Barclays app from the Secure Folder, creating your password and adding any preferred biometrics, then placing it back in the Secure Folder once the setup is finished. Hope this helps.

Hi, I did what you said, but unfortunetly its still not working 😞

When you open Barcleys app first time on secure folder is asking only "are you have already acc" or "register new acc" and when press Already got is asking strate to enter 5 digit code and is no other chooice 😞

And on samsung s9 was working normally from secure folder 😞

I have the same fault but on the note10+ but when call barclays they say they have never had this fault befor.

I have been having this issue since September 2019. Tweeted Barclaycard and they have picked up my tweet and looking into it. Also reported the poor response from their help desk.

@SIPEKI  Interesting to see if any further resolution from Barclays.   I have S10 and to date have not been able to get Barclay app (for credit card) to work in secure folder (moving it out and back  in to the folder makes no difference).   I also use  MNBA app and that works fine in the Secure  Folder as does my Banking app.

The App workd for outside Secure Folder. Tested only setting PIN number which was not possibel in Secure Folder. Does the App not allow you to even set the PIN number outside Secure folder? All my other banking apps working in Secure folder. The Barclaycard employee on Twiter had a S10 and exeprienced the same issue as we are having in Secure folder.

Hi, this seems to be an issue that Samsung still havent fixed this issue. i have bought a new s20 aswell and its not working. As previously mentioned other apps are working within the secured folder.
