Predictive text help

Hi all, i have a s20 fe and im having issues with the predictive text, it works fine, then all of a sudden just stops predicting simple words and comes up with things that dont make sense, i can clear cache and its ok for a while but then it happens again. Has anyone had this issue and possibly know how to resolve? TIA x

Hey @weeangie21, please reset the keyboard to default settings. To do this, follow these steps: Settings > General Management > Language and Input > On-Screen keyboard > Samsung Keyboard > Reset to default settings. Predictive text will need to be re-enabled and to do this, follow the steps below: Settings > General Management > Language and Input > On-Screen keyboard > Samsung Keyboard > Smart Typing > Predictive Text > Toggle on. If this doesn't help, go to: Settings > Apps > 3 dots on top-right > System apps > Samsung Keyboard > Storage > Clear data, and restart the phone.
