I pre order 2 s20+ phones in February for delivery on the 10th march and still haven't recived after countless emails and phone calls turns out it's been lost now had email saying order cancelled and re ordered but not sure if they have been sent or not
I paid in full for these and samsung dont seem bothered but keep messaging me saying g I haven't sent my trade in to them yet
