Poor Mobile Reception in UK

Trying to assist a friend with poor reception on a S20FE. My S10+ at their address has a sold two bars of signal. Their FE with the same SIM fluctuates between mostly no signal & a single bar. Are there any known issues with this phone being poor in this regard or anyone have experience of asking Samsung to address it as a fault?

I feel it maybe an issue with Samsung. My note 20 did the same thing, recently got the Samsung s22 ultra which also does the same and so does my partners s21. Me and my partner go from having 2 bars to none at all. Flips between the 2

Thanks but as I said, my S10+ is solid. It's also not just a display issue as the reason I got involved is they often can't make calls. May need a switch of network to one that supports WiFi Calling. Especially if Samsung are likely to just send it back as NFF.
