Poor customer service about Samsung care +

For the last 3 mouth Samsung care plus team are useless I now got to go to trading standards over poor severis as no one will to deal with my problem this is shocking for a big company like this and no one sem to care I feel really low and under valued as a customer now shocking

The problem is nobody's actually taking responsibility and I don't know who's full I've asked the bank if it was a problem at the bank and they said there was no problem the bank asked me to ask Samsung if it was a issue with the collector of the money if there was any codes to let me have them to pass one to the bank to see if it was anything to do with my side but they've done nothing I might lost I'm disabled I'm nearly blind and deaf and they're treating me like they don't care and unfortunately I lost my education to all health when I was younger as well so I'm not the brightest of people but I thought it was a safest bet for ensuring my phones but I'm regretting every minute of it
