Please urgent help

Hi everyone

Please can someone help me? I use telegram and until today the instagram links on there were opening via Instagram app, today it started via Web page which is so difficult to control.

Can someone help me how to resolve and get this default to the app again? I will be so grateful

I contacted Samsung few times and they can't resolve the issue.

My instagram can't seem to default properly...  I'll be glad if anyone advises how to make it default to the app.

Select supported Web address and change the permissions

Is the web page apart of telegram? If it's using an apk like Chrome or Samsung internet try going into the setting of the internet app and clear defaults because it sounds like you set a browser as default.

Thanks for your reply. If I select supported Web address, it gives me this - please see screenshot and then I can't change anything. I select in this app on supported URL but then it tells me none set as default.

Thanks for your reply. I cleared defaults of instagram, telegram and Samsung browser, I disabled chrome as I normally don't use it. Nothing changes and I can't seem to set instagram defaults to work again. When I open a link via telegram this is what it does-see screenshots below and when I click use the app it takes me to the other screenshot.

I would just check all your defaults to see if you can find it

Setting>apps>3 Dots top right (default apps)>set as default.

You should then have a list of your phones default programs. If you can't find anything inside of there you might want to delete and reinstall the app.

This is what mine looks like. I deinstalled the app twice yesterday and installed again. Samsung chat can't help me tried them 3 times. I'm really lost and don't know what to do.
