Please help... my children's dad passed away and we don't know his pin code.

We need to access his phone for photos and messages.. we have his watch that connects to it we have his Samsung email but again don't know the password. We don't want to reset setting because we will lose photos etc.

Did he have any other samsung devices, other than the phone and watch. It can send a notification though to another device in the recovery process and you'll be able to gain access that way.

You can try getting in to the samsung account by this link and putting in the email and pressing recovery number, it'll send a text to the phone https://account.samsung.com/accounts/v1/FMM2/resetPassword

Thanks again sorry 1am here.. bit tired..I appreciate all your recommendations. We can't access the messages from the phone, because they are not coming up at top of phone. I am.gping to try samsung account tomorrow, other than that it will be a drive to his room mates. But photos are all my children gave left now, so if we can get in it will.
