Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G
Model SM-G988U
REV1.0
One UI Version 3.0
Android Version 11
I hope someone can actually give some real help, I found a guy with a S10 with similar problem here and the thread was marked solved when the problem still exists and apparent no solution as I already wasted a few hours in the net looking and trying everything without luck.
Problem - was taking a photo, then the cell stuck and nothing would work, a white screen with Samsung logo appeared and some colored balls were passing by at bottom. It took awhile, I could not turn it off because on S20 you turn off in the screen only (which was stuck). The white screen resumed and the cell re-started by itself.
Was not an update, it was updated...Later come an security update from Samsung.
When I went to the Samsung Gallery, that last photo I took was there and a little circle running at bottom, and it will not stop, keeps in the processing mode.
I have tried everything, I cannot delete it, I cannot move it, used a PC to try move it out and no luck...NOTHING worked!😡
I don't use cloud and don't have a memory card in storage either.
Is there ANY SOLUTION FOR THIS PROBLEM SAMSUNG? I only found others having the same problem but no solution.
Thanks!

Hey @Edmon7 ,
could you please share a screenshot of the image and the circles so I can have a better understanding of this and provide you with the right steps?

I am not the original poster, but I'm having the exact same problem minus the white screen. Two photos I took have been processing for an hour with the little loading dots moving in a circle. I do not want to delete the photos I just want them to finish processing and save to my phone. I have tried everything.
