Phone restarting

Galaxy S20 Series
I have just got a new s20 fe yesterday and it has been restarting itself. I have read about clearing the cache but I am unable to get to the recovery mode by holding the volume up and power buttons. I am wondering if anyone has any solutions before I look to return the phone

Connect your phone to a PC to access recovery. If that doesn't cure your problem, return the phone.

I was able to clear the cache partition today but still freezing

You shouldn't have to be struggling like this with a new phone you've just received. 

Please do consider returning it within any applicable cooling off period.
