Phone calls cuts out after 14mins

Is anyone else having a problem 

With phone calls that cut put after 14mins 28sec?

There has been quite a few people complaining on here in the last few weeks regarding that issue you are having. One of the answers given was to speak with your device carrier whether that fixes it I don't know.

I tried 02 but they can't see to find a problem 😕
