I can't access my locked notes, every time I put the password in, it says it's wrong. It suggests changing it so I did but I still can't access them. Does any one know how I can get back into them, please?
You need to reset it by putting in the password, getting it wrong, pressing the reset password, login to your Samsung account, then reset your password, the click on the note and enter your new password and it will be unlocked
