Only had this device a few weeks. Over heating to the point warning ⚠️ on the device starts. Samsung won't help. Reported the issue on 28th still waiting for someone from the CEOs office to get in touch. Samsung won't upload my reviews of the device. I even put pictures and videos of what the device is doing.
hello, the same happens to my GS20ultra 5G over heats when is charging and when i use camera or video.. went to a official store and the answer was it's normal!!! contacted also the help line who answer that was normal and my normal apps like Instagram facebook telegram messenger are drowning my battery!!!!!! also send and email and no one answer!!! Pretty shame
👍. I have since stopped buying anything from Samsung. After over 15years of using Samsung phones as well. I upgraded to the Samsung Z fold and that was the last straw for me. Screen has issues and as normal and after only 2 months of using the device Samsung wanted me to pay for repair. Just out of principal i traded it for an iPhone and will never go back to Samsung. Realised the only way to get at this big companies is by hitting them in the pockets as they try and do to customers.
Trust me. Samsung customer service and after care is getting worse by the day. If you take your device that’s still in warranty with a hair line mark on it. That voids your warranty and you are paying for whatever repair has to be done. It’s ridiculous
