Galaxy S20 SeriesOnly had this device a few weeks. Over heating to the point warning ⚠️ on the device starts. Samsung won't help. Reported the issue on 28th still waiting for someone from the CEOs office to get in touch. Samsung won't upload my reviews of the device. I even put pictures and videos of what the device is doing.

I think it's important to be aware of all your options.
With the s20 it appears from Internet chatter and tech blogs that the varient in the states with the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 86 chipset copes better than the Exynos 990 chipset we have.
But that's connected to battery management and gaming with lag , stutter and frame rate drops as far as I can remember And how it copes with the higher refresh rate.
But that's internet chatter between owners.
Samsung will want to explore all avenues with your phone. I don't know how many units have been sold in the Uk and other places but if it was a widespread issue then there would be more on this.
Samsung would recall I assume as they did with the Samsung Note 7 if this was a widespread issue.
Maybe a bad batch of chipsets I don't know but they can't afford to be flippant so wouldn't be.
PR is important to any business.
Hopefully they'll get this sorted one way or another for you.
Your not asking for anything unreasonable.

Galaxy S20 SeriesAnother day has gone by and still nothing from Samsung. Samsung have removed all my post on the Samsung review page. Won't upload any of my comments. Even if they are negative. I mean this is my experience , why should i not be allowed to say it.

Galaxy S20 SeriesSamsung CEOs team have had my case since the 27th. They are dealing with it so Samsung Customer service can not help. I have to wait. I took the matter higher thinking it would be handled differently. Gosh, was i wrong ....

Galaxy S20 SeriesGot a call today from Samsung. They tell me what am experiencing they can not HELP me with. They are going by what the Technicians report said. Even after sending proof of what the device is doing. Great Customer Service Samsung. Especially after i spent so much money on this device. Great work...

What are Samsung classing as the external source @Sipho ? Charger ?
