Only had this device a few weeks. Over heating to the point warning ⚠️ on the device starts. Samsung won't help. Reported the issue on 28th still waiting for someone from the CEOs office to get in touch. Samsung won't upload my reviews of the device. I even put pictures and videos of what the device is doing.
Even after providing evidence. Samsung would rather i keep a potentially dangerous device in the house where my young family is. No the device will just switch on even though I've turned it off. As advised by Samsung..
Hello. I have 4 chargers in the house. I have an Samsung Z flip , Samsung Note 10+ , Samsung S10+ and the Samsung S20 Ultra. I am a big Samsung fun. Non of the other devices are doing this . So it can't be the charger or sockets in the house. This device was taken in for inspection by Samsung last week and returned back to me in this state. I have been waiting for someone from Samsung CEOs office since the 28th. Not heard anything back. I have called a few times nothing. It just goes to show how much they really care about their customers.
I already provided them with videos and pictures of what the phone is doing. I use the device everyday. They inspect it and return it to me with still the same problem. I was told someone was scheduled to call me on Monday. You pay over £1100 for a device and it starts giving you problems and repairs after repairs ...
That's not good at all. 😞
Obviously something is amiss with the hardware or software.
I have 5 grandchildren and wouldn't want that phone in my home either.
