I know that when i receive a notification the background sound level of any media (music, videos, tv shows, movies etc) decreases to hear the notification sound for that type of notification. I have noticed lately that when i receive a notification the sound level stays at the lowered level past 1-2 seconds. This doesn't happen every single time i get a notification just randomly and can happen when playing through my car or headphones.
Nothing particular i do will revert the sound level back to the correct level. Sometimes if i clear all notifications it will work, sometimes if i receive a new notification it will trigger it to go back to correct level, sometimes i have to fully restart the device.
Any ideas why this is happening and what i can do to fix it?
