Notification Reminders/Repeat notifications on S20 FE

I keep getting the same notifications that I've swiped away continuously throughout the day. I've gone through my settings and have turned off notification reminders (and of and off and on and off to double check).

I have also restarted my phone many times to see if that helps. 

Even when I have clicked on the notification - it still pops up throughout the day. 

I can't get it to stop! 

Is anyone else experiencing this problem as well? Any solutions?

yes I have noticed this since the most recent software update on my S20. I have no idea why or how to stop it.

I do on emails once I've deleted them they pop back on 5 mins later. I've checked all the settings all ok so no idea why,I thought it was just me going mad!!
