I just got S20 FE and am having trouble with notifications. I'd like to 1. be able to see notifications on my locked screen, 2. see preview of the content (which works for text messages but not for, say, emails, FB messages), 3. be able to get pop-up notifications with content preview while I'm using the phone (which works for texts but not for emails). I've spent many hours reading forums and trying suggestions but none of them work. I always have my phone on silent, so just a sound alert isn't applicable for me. Please advise. Thanks very much. I'm very upset and feeling helpless.
