My s20 ultra 5g has not been got a single software update or security update since 1 February 2021. Can I get some advice why this is happening. I have factory reset my phone and nothing. Try contacting Samsung and they not helping. Any thing would be great.
Thanks

I don't understand why my other s20 ultra 5g is getting all the updates and my personal phone nothing. Samsung is saying that it's nothing wrong and android 11 is the latest software

You can check what's the latest firmware available for your device via Sammobile. According to it, February 2022 for your S20 Ultra. You also could download the firmware manually and flash it via the recovery, just make sure you get the correct file.

Did you buy your phone direct from Samsung or through your network carrier? If you got it through your network carrier then they're the ones to blame for no updates on your phone. When Samsung release software updates, they get pushed out to all of their unlocked OEM phones, for network carrier phones the software package is sent to the network operators for them to add their own stuff on top

This may be down to your phone's CSC code, where did you buy it from?

To check CSC code to go settings>about phone>software information>service provider software information. There will be numerous three letter codes separated by forward slashes. Please share here what you find.
