No sound from bottom speakers only ear speakers

Hi, over the last few days my phone speakers have all of a sudden stopped working. I can only hear sound through the ear speaker like when your on a call. I even struggle to hear my phone ring when in my pocket as the sound is quiet since it's playing out of ear speaker at the top of the phone. Any fixes please?

Try clicking on the get help button
At the bottom of the samsung members page
And run a diagnostic test Speaker

Also go settings sound and vibration
And check volume levels

Tried both of these still no change, I've restarted phone also. I don't want to do factory reset as I have a lot of stuff on the phone I don't want to lose

How old is the phone
Do you still have warranty on it
