No more mobile data after update to One UI 5.0 - Android 13 on S20 FE 5G

Since the update to One UI 5.0 on 16th december, I no longer have an internet connection through mobile data.

SIM card works fine in other device, already tried SIM1 and SIM2 slot.

Icon says connected to 4G, but no internet 😕

What can I do?

Do a soft reset of your network. You will lose all passwords, it will not affect anything else.
Don't forget to reboot after you have reset the network connections.

Solved it my manually configuring my provider's access point (Proximus), never had to do that before (at least not the last 5 years :face-with-tears-of-joy: )

Same issue on a S22. Configuring to Proximus doesn't work (it worked when I tried it last summer when I had the same issue again). SIM is fine, working well on another phone... Tried also resetting of networks, still no mobile data...

Hi,

We have also the problem on a lot of french mobiles on Orange ! 

Trying reseting network settings and configure APN manually didn't help...

I think is a big bug from Samsung !

Please Help us !

Same issue with me. SiM1 no access, Sim2 working fine. After Android 13 update on my A52s 5G.

Seems to be problem with android update on some models.
