No manual aperture (f-number) change in S20 camera pro mode?

The only "pro" option I want from my phone camera is to change around the aperture (the f-number)

I do not find it on my S20 stock camera app in pro mode or anywhere else.

Is there an option to turn it on in pro mode?

Or do I really have to look for a different phone or camera app?

I don't know of any phone that uses aperture priority. Samsung put a toe in the water and dropped it as people didn't want it. However, there were only 2 settings not proper control.

This is why I only use the phone for snaps and the DSLR for "proper " photography.
