Galaxy S20 SeriesHi,
I'm in Oz but have a bank account in the UK. For the past few years to log into the bank account I get an automated verification call from my bank where I am prompted to enter a PIN which is shown in the web online process.
This process has been working fine, until 3 months ago when the bank calls, the call connects with silence for 3 seconds and disconnects each time. This means I cannot enter my PIN and thus cannot access my online banking.
The issue seems to be with my S20: I tried my SIM in an old non-Samsung android phone and it worked ok. I have done all the problem solving steps Samsung told me to do (upgrades, check blocked number etc) but to no avail.
Phone carrier and bank have said no issues their side
Any suggestions gratefully received!

Galaxy S20 SeriesI'm not sure how you'll get around this unless a software update changes this for you @Jon P
Weird how it's just stopped !
You could send feedback via your Samsung Members app under the GetHelp section too but I appreciate Samsung have advised all is OK.
Have you spoken with your network just to have your account checked.
I wish all the best.
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²² Ultra 256Gb in Phantom Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
I'm here to help. " This is the way. "

Galaxy S20 Series@Jon P: Are you still able to receive other calls from outside Australia? Are you using an Australian network SIM? Try heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Supplementary Services > Call Barring > Incoming Calls, and check if any options are toggled on here. If not, have you tried asking your bank if they have another verification process you can use?
