I have had to call o2 and Samsung to give me the correct link for the o2/samsung free Galaxy wireless earbuds because the stated benefit is not on this Samsung members app as stated on the flyer I had when purchasing my s20 ultra 5g on the 8/07/20. This is a shocking app and I don't see the point of it barring the ability to use this forum

hi all, uae the link on the flyer that you received with your new phone or if you call samsung UK customer support and they will tell you, also just take one picture of your extra long receipt not 3 close up pictures or it will get rejected by samsung. I now have my buds and they are excellent, like I said if you have no joy just call samsung not O2, they were very helpful
