While I understand that most people don't hear busy signals in metropolitan areas, we do get them everywhere else in the United States. I can't keep hitting the buttons over and over while driving, even on my steering wheel that would cause accidents. With COVID-19 going on I've found that A LOT of government numbers are staying busy, as well as phone numbers to make appointments for testing. I know this feature was removed a while back, but I don't understand why it was a simple feature, and if someone didn't want to use they didn't have to enable it.

RIGHT NOW, many are needing that feature during this World Wide Pandemic! Installing a 3rd party app IS NOT ACCEPTABLE! I bought my Galaxy S20 Ultra at full price straight from samsung.com and I've tried to get tech supports to help with this and 5 different times I just get the brush off. Come on Samsung, create a fix especially during this time, even if it's through your own app store. I've been a loyal Samsung owner since the S3 and I've only every new phone S series phone since that day. Be loyal to your customers!

I badly need auto redial feature.  It used to work well on my old A9 2018 but when upgrade to A32, the Auto Redial+ Pro cannot auto redial anymore.  Why this most needed feature is blocked?  Does Samsung wants customer to go back to old model?
